Family Reunion Lodging in the Smoky Mountains

37 private tiny homes on 11 walkable acres — for 120+ guests

Heritage & Togetherness

A Private Walkable Village

Finding accommodations for a large family reunion can be challenging, especially when trying to balance privacy with the ability to spend time together. Sojourn Lodging offers a different approach than a traditional large cabin or hotel — providing 37 private tiny homes accommodating more than 120 overnight guests across an 11-acre walkable village.

Each family or household has its own private accommodation while remaining just a short walk from the rest of the group. This layout allows guests to gather throughout the day while still having a private space to relax at the end of the evening.

Meals & Gathering

Cooking & Dining

Meals are often one of the highlights of a family reunion. Each tiny home includes a private kitchenette equipped for preparing breakfast, snacks, and light meals.

Cookout Zone & Observation Deck

For larger gatherings, the Cookout Zone includes community grilling stations where families can prepare meals together. The nearby Observation Deck provides a partially covered outdoor dining area with ample seating, mountain views, and electrical access for warming trays or serving equipment. It is also one of the most popular locations for family photos and celebrations.

The Welcome Center

Indoor seating and complimentary coffee for a comfortable place to meet regardless of the weather. Also available to rent for group dinners and celebrations.
